Being healthy, which means eating right and staying active, is one way that can help you lead a happy life. Not only would it be the best therapy, but it would also be the easiest. It isn't hard going to the store and buying fruit instead of chips, or getting up and going outside for a walk rather than just sitting inside and watching T.V.. So the next time you do find yourself upset, eating to feel better, or just laying around at home, do something that will make you happy. Eating healthy will make you feel fresh, happy, and energized, and so will staying active. These not only improve your physical appearance, but they also improve your emotional status, so they go hand in hand.
Being healthy isn't hard to do, it just takes a little effort. You need to put your mind to it, and set goals for yourself, so that you don't give up.
